Obituary of Don Lee Masterson, Jr.

Halfmoon - Don Lee Masterson, Jr. 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday June 30, 2022 at Samaritan Hospital with his loving family by his side. Don was a people person with an incredible personality and joy for life. He loved to talk to people over the phone and enjoyed spending time with his family. Don enjoyed antiquing, games of chance and traveling to different casinos. Don is survived by his daughter, Heidi Lee Masterson; his siblings, Bob Masterson, Bryant (Kathleen) Masterson, James (Joy) Masterson, Naomi Masterson, Opal Lee Masterson, Bobbi-Jo Wendell and Marreta (Henry) Warner. He is also survived by The Teson Family, many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Don was predeceased by his sister, Christine Masterson. Calling hours for Don will be held at The Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Rd. in Latham on Thursday July 7th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. A memorial service will begin at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Don’s name to The American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org
